Hi! My name is Claudia Alejandra Arango Isaza.
Thank you for visiting my site!
I want to tell you little about me, so you can get to know me. I am originally from Colombia in South America. My parents moved to the USA in Santa Clarita Valley when I was a teen, where I graduated from high school and moved on to college.
My family has been in Real Estate since before I was born. I’ve known Real Estate all my life. I became licensed with the Bureau of Real Estate on April of 2010.
I am married and have a beautiful little girl (Sophia) a stepdaughter (Shade’) and two dogs Sydney and Nala. We live in Tarzana where we have resided for nearly fifteen years. I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of California and a Notary Public. My husband Hugo is a Real estate Broker and Loan Originator.
Real Estate. I know this may sound like a cliché but I enjoy helping people. Finding families a home is very rewarding to me. I really enjoy working with first time home buyers. Their eyes light up, some cry once they realize they have officially become homeowners for the first time. I work in other areas of Real Estate but my main focus is finding and selling real estate properties.
Loan Modifications. I help people who find themselves going through tough times and unable to maintain their current mortgage payments. Requesting a loan modification of the current mortgage terms is something any homeowner can to on his/her own. Some people do not want to deal with it and I step in to help in the process. The bank reviews the request and if the customer meets the lender’s criteria a loan modification is approved.
